Video Production for LED Video Walls

Content built to fit your screen, panel by panel

LED video walls give brands a level of scale and flexibility a standard screen can’t match, but that flexibility means the content needs to be planned differently too. We design and produce video for LED walls of every shape, from single panels to full wraparound stands, so what appears on screen fits exactly, looks sharp and works as one connected experience.

Why LED walls are not just bigger screens

A standard video is designed for one flat rectangle at one resolution. An LED wall might be curved, angled, split across multiple faces, or built from individual tiles that don’t add up to a neat rectangle at all. The physical build decides the resolution, the aspect ratio, and the area of the screen where people naturally look.

We start every project by understanding that structure first, then design the content around it. Everything starts with a conversation about your screen, so we know exactly what we’re building for before a single frame is filmed.

Why choose us for LED wall content

We’ve worked on a wide range of format led projects, filmed content, animation and infographics among them, for exhibition stands, retail displays and live events. That means we understand the technical detail as well as the creative side.

  • We work to the exact pixel dimensions and tile map of your screen, not a standard file scaled up or down to fit
  • Wraparound and multi-surface builds are treated as one coordinated experience, not separate videos edited in isolation
  • We map what’s visible from the show floor before production starts, so you know what visitors will actually see
  • Source files are kept organised and flexible, so late changes to a stand build don’t mean starting again
  • Filmed content, animation and infographics are all produced by one team, so you have a single point of contact for the whole screen

How it works

Every screen is different, so we make sure the content is built around the technology from the outset. Here’s how we take your project from the first conversation through to final delivery.

1. Conversation

We talk through your screen, your timeline and what you want the content to achieve.

2. Technical review

We go through the tile map, resolution and canvas size for every surface, so nothing is guessed or assumed.

3. Template build

We build a template that mirrors the exact layout of your screen, including panel joins and angles.

4. Production

Content is filmed, animated or designed to that template from the start, rather than adapted afterwards.

5. Delivery and flexibility

We deliver separate files for each surface, timed to work together, and keep source files organised in case the build changes.

Who we work with

We work with event companies, exhibition stand builders, and brand or marketing teams who need content for a screen system that’s already installed or still being planned. Whether it’s a single LED panel or a full wraparound stand, it doesn’t matter which sector you’re in, the same careful approach to resolution and layout applies.

Your LED wall content checklist

Use this as a quick reference before you brief anyone on your LED wall content:

  • Get the technical pack: exact pixel dimensions and tile map for every surface
  • Confirm whether wraparound content is one continuous image or treated as separate screens
  • Map what’s visible from a visitor’s eyeline before production starts
  • Plan for multiple coordinated video files, not one file scaled to fit
  • Check angles and panel joins before filming starts, not in the edit
  • Keep source files organised in case the stand build changes
  • Ask your production partner whether AI generated footage will meet the resolution you need

FAQs

Here are some of the questions we’re asked most often about producing content for LED video walls.

What information do you need before starting an LED wall project?

We’ll need the technical pack for your screen: the exact pixel dimensions and tile map for each surface, plus details of any angles or joins between panels. If you don’t have this yet, we can help you work out what to ask your event company or supplier for.

Can you produce content for curved or wraparound screens?

Yes. We build a template that mirrors the exact shape of your structure, whether that’s a curved surface, a multi sided stand or a video cube, so the content is designed for that shape from the outset rather than adapted afterwards.

How many videos will I need for one stand?

It depends on the structure, but a wraparound or multi surface build usually needs a separate edit for each surface, timed to work alongside the others. We’ll talk you through exactly what your stand needs once we’ve seen the technical pack.

Can AI generated video be used for LED walls?

Some AI tools can generate footage, but very few currently produce video at the resolution these walls need, so the result can look softer than content made specifically for the screen. We’re happy to talk through what will work best for your project.

What happens if the stand build changes after filming starts?

We keep source files organised so that late changes to timing or crop are straightforward rather than a full re edit. It’s one of the reasons we build in a bit of flexibility from the outset.
