From music festivals to live TV broadcasts, Matt has extensive skills in hands-on production and project management across a variety of projects and sectors. As Video Production Manager, Matt keeps projects on track and to budget at every step of the way. Outside of work, Matt is a keen pizza-maker and runner (but only so he can eat more pizza!)

Lily Clelland

Video Producer, BA Hons. Media Production & MSc Project Management

Lily is a passionate professional with a love for broadcast, directing, and editing live events. Transitioning into the world of production from sports broadcasting, she brings focus and creativity to all she does! Beyond her work, Lily finds joy in horse riding and challenging herself with training for the London marathon! 

Carl Austin

Video Producer

With 17+ years of experience, Carl has directed and edited captivating campaigns, breathing life into brands through storytelling. Detail-oriented and creative, Carl brings visions to life. Outside of work, Carl co-runs the Exit 6 Film Festival, celebrating the cinematic arts with fellow film-makers, fuelling his passion for storytelling.

Buz Ross

Managing Director & Head of Events and Video Production

Buz has been developing business at whitwam for the past 20 years and has been an inspiration and driving force behind the creation of a dedicated videofrog team which can draw on years of experience and success in the corporate video sector.

Buz has produced and filmed news and events, documentary and marketing video of all styles and has been a leading advocate of making video affordable, professional and profitable for creative agencies and in-house comms teams.

Debbie Hillyard

Accounts and Admin

Since joining in 2010, Debbie has kept the videofrog admin machine rolling! Debbie’s record keeping and account knowledge is second to none, juggling PO numbers and invoices like a pro.

When not working with frogs, Debbie can often be found riding horses in Hampshire!
